Our rental services also give visitors to El Paredon the opportunity to paddle and explore the mangroves on their own. Our primary goal is to operate safe, educational and fun paddle adventures, while aiming to create a greater ecological awareness towards this unique wildlife habitat in Guatemala’s Pacific Coast. By paddling with us you are participating in a low-impact activity.  Hope to see you paddling with us in the mangroves soon!

Kayak rentals are available any day, any time regardless of tides!  Experienced or novice kayakers can enjoy the Mangroves of El Paredon on their own

Rental hours start from 8am to 4pm. All kayaks must be returned before 6pm closing time. 6am early bird rentals can be arranged at an additional cost of Q25. Kayaks returned after 6pm will be charged a extra Q25 for every 30minutes they are late.

Includes: Kayak & Paddle, Lifejacket, Dry Bag

*Customers may not take kayaks out the river mouth and into the ocean, or transport them elsewhere on their own.
